If you are going to exercise while trying to lose weight, I’ve found that using a mini-trampoline is best. I like the fact that it’s low-impact and can be done at home. What I do is this…
I do jump on it during 2 minute tv commercials. So if I watch a 1 hour tv show, I’ll get in about 22 minutes of mini-trampoline jumping. I like the fact that it doesn’t require me to set aside a block of time to exercise. I can exercise and watch tv at the same time.
Lose 15 Pounds Fast Tip #3: Eat an Apple Before and a Carrot After Each Meal
This does 2 things… first, they help to fill you up more. Basically, you are replacing some of the bad calories in your meal with good calories.
Second, since these foods are raw, they help with your digestion of the meal. With a more efficient digestion of meals, you break down the foods better allowing your body to get more of the nutrients out of them.
Heck, just eating 3 apples a day will produce about a 2 pound weight loss in 1 month. This has to do with the 5 grams of fiber and high water content in each apple.
